Mule Resophonic
Luthier Matt Eich runs his one-man production making Mule Resophonic Guitars in Bay City, Michigan. Matt started out building acoustic instruments at Huss & Dalton guitars in Staunton, Virginia and transitioned a few years later to experimenting with resonators after falling in love with the sounds of the great resophonic instruments of the 1930s. His experimentation has paid off, and what he’s come up with is truly special. Mule Guitars are versatile in tone, and their aesthetics are of timeless practicality and intrinsic mojo. The handsomeness of the raw material comes through in Matt’s work and he never covers any of his fine metalwork in chrome or powder coat. The only thing that we love more than the design of his instruments is the sound!
No matter whether you pick or strum, whether you play the blues or bluegrass or folk-rock, you should come by and check out Mule Resonator Guitars.
