Goodall Guitar Walnut Parlor
You don't have to be a player to appreciate how this instrument is truly a work of art. Curly maple binding, AAA-grade figured walnut, master grade (that means perfect) Engelmann spruce, slotted and maple bound headstock with bronze patina ebony-buttoned Waverly tuners, ebony fretboard, bridge, and bridge pins, mother of pearl notched square fretboard inlay, and abalone shell rosette and headstock logo. Beautiful. This guitar is a finger picker's dream. Walnut and Engelmann add up to an extremely active sounding instrument with a balance that is virtually unparalleled. Although many players would have a tendency to write off a guitar with this nut width we would highly recommend feeling it first. The neck carve is just shallow enough to accommodate many hands and some very refined nut slotting is evident. This is really playable everywhere. All in all, it's very apparent that Goodall is a two person shop with a keen eye for detail and a long history of building some of the finest guitars on the planet.
