The Collings UT2 SB is consistently one of our favorite Collings ukulele models. As for the tone, this instrument is loud, warm and has minutes of sustain; you couldn't ask for more out of a ukulele in looks, sound, and playability.

This EUC3 is a sweet, mellow little player from Eastman, and the cleanliness and intricacy of the finish details is fantastic for an instrument of this price point.

The Eastman EUT3 is a mid-priced tenor uke with some very deluxe appointments, and a nice, mellow tone. We have consistently been impressed by Eastman’s workmanship and accessible prices, but these ukuleles are fairly jaw-dropping!

This Gretsch G9470 Clarophone is a well set-up, easily playable and has very solid components in a resonably-priced little instrument. With an integral resonator, geared tuners, Remo head, and beefy solid-wood construction, it's quite a good deal to get into the wonderful world of banjo ukulele.

These Kalas are fantastic starter ukuleles in every scale length, soprano, concert, tenor, and baritone. Made from mahogany laminate, they are fitted with high quality Graphtec nuts and saddles, very solid geared tuners, and rosewood bridge and fretboard. $99 - $175

This Kala is a fun, groovy take on a traditional tenor ukulele. It’s styled something like a miniature vintage Gibson archtop guitar (floating bridge and all), but the KA-JTE has a distinctly Hawaiian flair.

The Pono ASD soprano ukulele is a fantastic, affordable step-up instrument for folks looking for a an upgrade to a solid wood instrument. The sound is exquisite- rich, firm, and sonorous.

This Collings UT2 tenor uke is the definition of smooth. Its mahogany chamber has a nice, round, woody punch that’s complex enough to solo with but loud enough to play in a group.
